Phantom Space Acquires Thermal Management Technologies

Phantom Space Corporation has completed the acquisition of Thermal Management Technologies, LLC (TMT), a maker of advanced satellite thermal components. The deal supports Phantom's vertical integration strategy and the development of Phantom Cloud, its planned orbital data center constellation.

TMT will continue operating as a Phantom subsidiary, fulfilling its order book and serving existing customers. Founder Scott Schick remains as General Manager, and TMT's engineers will work with Phantom on its Block I Phantom Cloud satellites.

CEO Jim Cantrell said TMT's technology is a critical piece of the constellation.
